Kansas Hospital Association (“KHA”) seeks an Administrative Professional - Receptionist to provide administrative support and serve as the first point of contact for KHA while delivering friendly customer service.
At least two (2) years of experience working in an office environment is required with post-secondary education in Administrative support or certification in a related field, preferred. Qualified applicants must be highly dependable, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, have strong and adaptable computer skills, be extremely detail-oriented, and present a high level of professionalism. This job does require communicating with KHA’s members over the phone and face-to-face, so effective communication skills and friendly customer service skills are a must.

In collaboration with other Manhattan Area Technical College (“MATC”) faculty and instructional staff, to ensure this position demonstrates an understanding of course content in its specified discipline, adopts appropriate instructional methods, and possesses pedagogical insight that includes robust instruction and communication practices. Teaching assignments may vary depending on the specific qualifications and expertise of the individual.
