Primary Accountabilities:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for working with the Vice President, Development to plan, implement and evaluate a comprehensive marketing program and work with Easterseals Capper Foundation (“ESCF”) senior management team, directors, managers and staff to achieve the strategic goals of creating awareness, referrals and charitable support for services provided by ESCF.

The Marketing Manager plans, initiates, and implements ongoing activities to support organizational marketing and communications plan, including internal and external communications, public relations, marketing of pediatric services, adaptive recreation, adult services, volunteer services, special events and development activities.
