The Trust Assistant supports the Trust Officer in the management of Trust Department client accounts. In collaboration with the Trust Officer, the Assistant is responsible for providing personal and professional service to the client. The Trust Assistant establishes a relationship with Trust clients (those with Personal Trust Accounts [Living and Testimony], Agency Accounts ([Custody and Investment Management], Estates, and Conservatorships) as well as familiarity with the Bank’s policies and procedures. This role contributes to the development and retention of client relationships by providing consistently high-quality customer service.

The Director of Development - Athletics (DOD) represents Washburn University Alumni Association and Foundation (“Foundation”) in raising funds for the Washburn University Athletic Department. Working collaboratively with the leadership of the Foundation, supported by Foundation staff, the DOD will work daily with the Director of Athletics, coaches and other staff to organize, manage and participate in fund-raising activities with special emphasis on athletic activities. This position is entirely focused on fundraising. As such, the DOD identifies, cultivates, stewards and solicits an active list of prospective individual, institutional and corporate donors.

Schedule: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Mon.-Fri. Occasional Sat. 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Hours may vary according to operational needs).
Primary Accountabilities: The Teller position is primarily responsible for meeting Bank customers’ needs for paying and receiving transactions, along with cultivating relationships through promotion of various bank products. Work is varied in nature with changing priorities and work schedules. Incumbent applies general knowledge of Teller operations to work performed. Works under general supervision and in compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.
