Location: City of Louisburg (employee must reside within a 25-minute drive time to Louisburg)

The Public Service Worker I (view job description) requires the performance of semi-skilled work to maintain the City’s water, sanitary sewer, streets, parks and natural gas systems.

The employee should possess strong technical and mental aptitude, and have effective communication, organizational, and public relation skills.

This is a full-time position that will report to the Public Works Supervisor. The employee must reside within a 25-minute drive time to Louisburg. The salary range is $17-$20/hour based on experience and certifications. The City offers a competitive compensation package including paid employee health, vision and dental insurance, paid leave, and Kansas Public Employees Retirement System (KPERS).

Background check and Drug/Alcohol screening required.
