Position: Physician Liaison
Hours: Monday-Friday, flexible hours
Classification: Full-time
Location: Covers areas: Manhattan, Topeka, Emporia & Lawrence

General Summary: As a physician liaison we expect you’ll be a highly motivated self-starter who thrives on building one-on-one connections. Much of the work is independent and requires a high level of organization and communication. KMC has an excellent reputation in the markets you’ll cover, existing contacts, a well built out CRM, and a friendly team.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain positive relationships with referral providers, scheduling snacks, and luncheons with clinics, ordering catering, working with internal admin to schedule physicians, staying for lunches to speak with clinic team members and providers
• Track all outreach duties, calls and mileage, keep all information up to date in the CRM (Hubspot.)
• Visit multiple clinics weekly to share information regarding our providers and practice.
• Attend area health fairs and events on behalf of KMC.
• Help research, order, create and put together mailers, baskets, and other collateral material within the market.

Other Requirements: Must have a valid Kansas Driver’s License
