Today a Learner; Tomorrow a Leader

As we are all aware, the business world is rapidly changing. Training, a vital component to a company's success, helps employees increase their ability to respond effectively to the changing world. Often times, employees seek training opportunities to learn new skills and techniques or to improve existing skills which benefit them in their current roles. Training may help employees create practical, actionable solutions which can be applied immediately to company learning initiatives. Not only does training improve productivity and adherence to quality standards, it also improves the ability to implement and realize specific goals, which are generally outlined in a company's business plan. In addition, training improves a company's overall competitiveness, employee morale, profitability, customer satisfaction, as well as many other benefits which will only improve their performance within the company.

Creative Business Solutions strongly encourages ongoing training and organizational development and will begin offering training seminars each month throughout 2014. These seminars will provide beneficial information on topics such as teamwork and team building, leadership development, customer service, communication strategies, among others.

Gail Hermesch, a Human Resources Trainer and Consultant for Creative Business Solutions, is a Certified Development Trainer and Key Note Speaker who specializes in creating a culture of excellence for businesses and organizations. Her leadership skills combined with over 20 years' experience in sales and marketing, contribute to her powerful desire to help others succeed. On February 26, 2014, Gail will lead the "Leadership and Influence Seminar" at the Ramada Hotel and Convention Center in Topeka, Kansas. The objectives of the Leadership and Influence Seminar are outlined in the attached brochure. To view the brochure, click here.

Providing supervisors and managers with leadership training builds a company's success. Many times employees receive management positions through promotions because they performed their duties satisfactorily and were dependable employees. This, however, does not indicate that these individuals will be successful leaders. Ongoing leadership training in common business principles will set your company apart from others.

While it is said that leaders are born and not made, some leaders are born in the midst of adversity. Often, people who have never had a leadership role will stand up and take the lead when a situation they care about requires it. This leads to the importance of learning leadership techniques and building the confidence it takes to be a successful leader.

Continuous training and organizational development are essential to assist a company to meet established goals and objectives, while also remaining a top competitor within its industry. Training not only encourages employee development, it also creates a great alignment between employees and their responsibilities in the workplace.

Creative Business Solutions provides over 125 training topics which enable employees at all levels to develop the skills and competencies needed to be successful in their careers and/or prepare for new responsibilities in employment. Bruce Graham
Chief Executive Officer
Kansas Electric Cooperatives, Inc.

"HR Partners has helped us with those 'I’ll get around to it' things such as an employee handbook and updating employee files.  The most important benefit is they are a phone call away from peace of mind on all things HR.

It is a challenge for any employer to keep up on changes to personnel practices and requirements.  The suite of services HR Partners can provide is comprehensive and affordable.  The question should be, can you afford not to engage them as part of your employee relations program?"
