We are seeking an experienced IT Operations and Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing daily IT operations, ensuring cybersecurity, supporting compliance with CMMC/CMMI standards, and fostering a culture of security awareness throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management and compliance, coupled with a commitment to enhancing organizational performance and security.

Position Title: Assistant Controller

Primary Accountabilities:
The Assistant Controller position is responsible for administering many of the accounting operations for the holding company and related subsidiary companies, including the production of financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, maintaining a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.
This is a hybrid opportunity. To be effective, the ideal candidate will need to be in the Holton office at least four days per week.

Primary Accountability:
The Executive Director leads the CASA of Shawnee County programs, including Child in Need of Care (CINC) and Citizens Review Board (CRB), and is responsible for advancing the organization’s mission and values.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director collaborates with staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners, managing key areas such as fund development and organizational leadership. This position also oversees CASA volunteers and supervisors in CINC cases, ensuring compliance with both CASA of Shawnee County policies and Kansas Supreme Court standards.

Compensation: Based on Faculty Association Agreement Salary Schedule: Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $70,000

Primary Accountabilities: The Computer Support Specialist (CSS) Instructor leads and directs students toward their goal of satisfactory completion of the Computer Support Specialist degree program with an emphasis on cybersecurity. Instruction consists of an advanced curriculum in network and infrastructure security, cybersecurity, designing, utilizing cloud computing concepts, and other courses related to developing and expanding knowledge within the technology and cybersecurity field.

Position Summary: The Student Services Attendant serves as the first point of contact for the main office, providing essential administrative support to the Student Services team. This role ensures exceptional customer service to students, faculty, staff, and the public while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
