General Description:
This position is responsible for leading the efforts with supervisors regarding staffing needs in residences and day center, scheduling health related appointments and transportation for all activities for the individual supported by the Capper Foundation. This staff member also provides administrative assistance which may include scanning and filing documents as needed. Additionally, the Medical and Transportation Scheduler serves as the back-up to the Adult Services Office Coordinator and HR & Education Coordinator.

General Description:
The primary function of the Kitchen Operations Manager and Culinary Coach position is to oversee daily kitchen activities, ensuring a high standard of food quality and efficiency. This role actively participates in meal preparation, baking, catering, and order management. This position works closely with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), creating meaningful work experiences and fostering a supportive kitchen environment. Additionally, this position will lead efforts to expand the menu across multiple Dialogue locations.

Primary Accountabilities: The IMT Instructor will provide instruction for Industrial Maintenance Technology, which may include basic electrical principals, mechanical systems principals, mechatronics, programmable logic controllers, fluid power, industrial process control and motor control. The Instructor will be responsible for providing students with a complete syllabus containing course objectives; presenting well prepared, organized, and clear lectures and classroom activities consistent with the course syllabus; continually promoting the development and effective use of skills in areas such as critical and analytical thinking, evaluation, communication, computation, problem solving, and decision-making; providing the student with timely information and feedback on his/her academic progress relative to quizzes, tests, homework, and projects; maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of student academic performance; and possessing a thorough knowledge and understanding of all college policies.
